Online Payments:
WARNING: NO VIOLATIONS OCCURING IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE WITH WORKERS PRESENT WILL BE GRANTED DEFERRED DISPOSITION OR DRIVING SAFETY COURSES PER STATUTE. VIOLATIONS IN A SCHOOL ZONE WILL BE LIMITED TO 10 MPH OVER THE POSTED LIMIT FOR DEFERRED.

Requesting Deferred Disposition via web:
No person in violation of speeding over 30 mph will be granted or allowed deferred disposition. Once you have made your payment you will receive an emailed receipt and the court will use that email address to send court orders to you, typically the next business day with the exception of holidays and weekends.
Requesting Driving Safety Course via web:
If you are requesting Driving Safety Course you must download the Motion for Driving Safety Course Request form, fill it out completely with signatures and upload it back to our website along with the required documents of Valid Class C Texas Drivers License, unless you are active military provide military ID with valid drivers license, and your proof of liability insurance card. No person speeding over 24 mph will be granted or allowed defensive driving. Failure to upload the required documents will result in denial of the request and your case being placed on a payment plan as a conviction. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR CORRESPONDENCE SHOULD THERE BE ANY PROBLEMS WITH DOCUMENTS UPLOADED. FAILURE TO RESPOND TO THE EMAIL WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF YOUR ONLINE REQUEST FOR DEFENSIVE DRIVING. If you do not receive email correspondence from the court you may proceed to complete the required steps for defensive driving.
Requesting Time to Pay via web:
If you are requesting Time to Pay you must pay a $50.00 payment per violation requesting time to pay. The court will send the payment agreement orders to you via email.
Requesting dismissal of your case:
If you are requesting dismissal of your case with proof of state documents you will need to make sure that you upload the required paperwork. Failure to upload the required state paperwork will result in your case being placed on a payment plan and the balance will be due in 30 days. Make sure to check your email.
Note: If you receive a "No violations are found" reply. If your citation number begins with a "P" Please ensure you are entering a capital "P" and the following characters are numeric. If you have a hand written citation please place the last 2 digits of the year the citation was written prior to the citation number. Example: 16401536 if the citation was written in 2016 and your citation number is 401536. Additionally you may close your browser and re-enter our website so that data has a chance to re-sink. If paying a Warrant of Arrest online, it is important that you read this information page BEFORE paying.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN PAYING FOR AN ACTIVE WARRANT OF ARREST ON-LINE:
You may pay an active warrant of arrest using this on-line payment system but you are still subject to arrest until the Judge has accepted your payment as a plea of guilty and the case has been processed. The court will usually receive your payment the following business day; however, on weekends and holidays your payment will not be processed until the next business day following the holiday or weekend. No payment is considered received until the Judge signs the Judgement.
